This is another thing kicking my trash this week. My job. I have this adoption case going on right now and my poor couple is just being raked over the coals. Baby was born on Monday and birth father is flip flopping about whether he is going to relinquish his rights or not. He finally decides to get an attorney and oppose the adoption. And my couple is taking care of the baby and biding their time to see how it all plays out WHILE hanging out out of state. They may come back home with empty arms. So sad.
And here's the real issue. It all could have been prevented. Had the birth parent caseworker known what they were doing. Grrrrr!
