So, we know the results of our offer now (see previous post). And....... it didn't work out. We put an offer on a short sale. It was accepted. For two weeks. Then another offer came in that was all cash and a lot higher so the buyer kicked us to the curb. Yeah, this is beginning to be our pattern. We are back to looking..... again!
